IZZY O2
IZZY O2 is a water-based chemical used to increase the entrained air bubbles when mixed in concrete. It helps to increase the efficiency of the concrete. It is suitable for concrete works that require high durability, such as water storage tunnels, dams, airport runways, large concrete structures.
IZZY O2 also reduces the oozing and separation of concrete. It also helps to increase the flow of concrete.
Contact
Add IZZY O2 to the water used for mixing concrete before starting the mixing process.
IZZY O2 Do not mix directly with cement.
60 — 300 ml per 100 kg of cement, depending on the type of cement and the quality of raw materials and different weather conditions. General recommendations may start at 100 cc per 100 kg of cement. Adjusting the ratio must be based on test results and application requirements as per mix design and purpose of use, but the strength value should be taken into account, which may change according to the amount of use.
Additional advice
Adding more liquid than specified will cause more air bubbles which affect the compression or reduce the strength of the cement.
As with all chemicals, avoid direct contact with skin, eyes, and lips. In case of emergency, if swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. Drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting unless directed by a doctor.
