IZZY ZF-B40 is a superplastizicer type concrete admixture that significantly reduces water content between 30-35%, helping to accelerate the development of compressive strength of concrete. Its properties are equivalent to ASTM C494 Type F standards.

IZZY ZF-B40 is a concrete flow enhancer for producing concrete that requires high flow, such as precast concrete slabs, piles, concrete wall works, prestressed concrete works, foundation works, beam works and ceiling works.

  • The resulting concrete has a higher compressive strength while maintaining the same workability without having to increase the amount of water in the mix and increasing the density of the concrete.
  • It does not delay the formation of concrete, resulting in a high initial compressive strength.
  • Increases production efficiency in precast concrete factories.
  • Does not contain chloride.
  • Reduces the rate of shrinkage and creep.

The proportion of use is approximately 800-3000 cc per 100 kg of cement or cement mixed with pozzolan such as fly ash. It is recommended to conduct a test to find the appropriate amount of use.

Mix IZZY ZF-B40 in appropriate amount through the automatic liquid suction system through the water pipe to the concrete mixer. Avoid adding liquid directly into the dry mixture.

IZZY ZF-B40 is made from substances that are not harmful to health. Hygiene precautions should be followed. Operators should wear chemical protective clothing, gloves and goggles and should be in a well-ventilated area. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and plenty of water. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
