IZZY ZG4

High Range Water Reducing and Retreading Admixture

IZZY ZG4 is a concrete admixture that is very effective in reducing water and increasing the flowability of concrete. It is designed for use in concrete that requires high flow and high initial strength. It can be used in both concrete part production and ready mix concrete. IZZY ZG4

  • Can accelerate the strength of concrete very well
  • Long service life
  • Works well in hot weather
  • Reduces shrinkage and creep
  • Can be used with fly ash and pozzolanic concrete
  • Does not contain chloride

The proportion of use is approximately 500 – 2500 cc per 100 kilograms of cement or cement mixed with pozzolans such as fly ash. It is recommended to conduct a test to find the appropriate amount of use.

Mixing

Mix IZZY ZG4 in appropriate amounts through the automatic liquid dispensing system, through the water pipe to the concrete mixer. Avoid adding liquid directly to the mixture while it is dry.

Effects when used in high amounts

Using IZZY ZG4 in excess of the specified amount will lengthen the initial setting time. If the amount used is more than doubled, the concrete will separate. However, proper curing of concrete will give higher final compressive strength than normal concrete.

It is a formula made from substances that are not harmful to health. Hygiene precautions should be followed. Normally, operators should wear chemical protection suits, gloves, and goggles, and most importantly, they should be in a well-ventilated area. If it comes into contact with the skin, wash it off with soap and plenty of water. If it gets into the eyes, wash it off with plenty of clean water immediately and see a doctor.
